**Experienced Dental Assistant – Part Time/ Full-Time** We are a patient-focused dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is a self-starter, thrives in a calming sometimes busy environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care. **About the Role:** You will play a key role in the day-to-day clinical operations of our practice. We need someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and bring a problem-solving mindset to every shift. **Responsibilities:** - Assist with a wide range of dental procedures - Take digital radiographs (PAs, bitewings) - Perform CEREC scanning and iTero scanning. - Provide effective chairside assisting - Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients throughout their visit - Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow **Requirements:** - Minimum 1-2 years of dental assisting experience - Proficiency with digital X-rays (PA, BW) - Experience with CEREC and iTero scanning is a plus - Strong patient communication skills — able to put patients at ease and explain procedures clearly - Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems **What We Offer:** - Competitive pay based on experience ($20-27) - CE opportunities, Can help getting RDA License with finances and experience - A supportive, team-oriented work environment - 2 days a week to possible 4 days a week If you are a motivated, skilled dental assistant who loves working with patients and takes ownership of your role, we'd love to hear from you!
