What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($20â$24, based on experience) 4-day work week Generous paid time off (PTO) 401(k) plan Employee discounts Uncapped bonus opportunities Supportive, team-oriented environment Key Responsibilities Answer incoming VOIP phone calls promptly and professionally Schedule and manage a full schedule for 1 doctor and 1 hygienist Confirm patient appointments and verify insurance benefits Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records Collect payments at time of service Maintain accounts receivable (A/R) standards Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims and appeals Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients Assist clinically when needed (e.g., high-speed suction) Attend occasional training seminars (may require brief air travel) Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Dental office experience (preferred but not required) Experience with dental practice management software (preferred) Ability to pass a background check (required) Skills & Traits Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing finances and treatment plans Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales or case presentation experience is a plus Additional Requirements Must be able to commute to Melbourne, FL (in-person position) English proficiency required Associate's degree preferred How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed and email your resume to: frontdeskbrevard@gmail.com Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
