Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant with a strong background in cosmetic dentistry and smile design procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and confident in both clinical and digital workflows. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during advanced cosmetic and restorative procedures, including smile design cases Experience with Invisalign cases, including scanning, attachments, tray delivery, and patient instructions Perform intraoral scanning using digital scanners (e.g., iTero, 3Shape) Take high-quality impressions using alginate and other impression materials Prepare and organize treatment rooms and instruments for procedures Capture clinical photographs for smile design cases Assist in mock-ups, temporaries, and patient presentations Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Qualifications: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant Experience in cosmetic and clinical dentistry and smile design workflows preferred Proficient in intraoral scanning and traditional impressions (alginate) Dental Assistant certification in the United States required (state-specific requirements apply) X-ray certification preferred Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dental environment Preferred Skills: Experience with digital smile design (DSD) software Knowledge of veneers, crowns, and aesthetic procedures Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Work Location: In person
