About Us: We are a small private general dentistry practice located in Annapolis. After a recent change of ownership due to retirement, we are looking for a strong dental assistant to help us grow the practice. What You'll Do: As our Dental Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our clinical team. You'll support our dentists in delivering excellent patient care, ensure a clean and organized workspace, and help patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive. Daily Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital X-rays and impressions Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Manage supply inventory and restock as needed What We’re Looking For: Active Dental Assistant certification-- Expanded Functions is a plus X-ray certification (required) Take digital X-rays and impressions Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Manage supply inventory and restock as needed Strong communication and care skills, positive attitude and professional demeanor Team player with a proactive approach Why Join Us?
