We are looking for an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team and help with treating our patients and playing a crucial role in our patient's journey to a confident smile. Fulltime and part time positions available. We look forward to meeting you! WE WILL TRAIN! Responsibilities: Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable Explain the dental care visit with patients and answer any questions they may have Prep sterilized equipment Bond brackets, Invisalign attachments, bond fixed retainers, take impression, full dental records etc. Ortho adjustments Assist orthodontist in providing quality care Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Provide chairside assistance during procedures Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Utilize computer systems for inputting accurate treatment notes Ability to collaborate with others in being a team player Qualifications: Strong communication skills Team player with positive attitude Highly organized with attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Experience: Previous dental or orthodontic assistant experience preferred Exceptional manual dexterity Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Half day Saturday Benefits: Employee discount Travel pay Health insurance Dental Vision Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Uniforms Perks: Competitive pay and performance-based raises Opportunities for professional growth Friendly and supportive team environment Access to cutting-edge orthodontic technology Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
