Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Dental Assistant/ Sterilization Tech to join our dynamic team in a dental clinic environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the dental field, providing essential support to our dental professionals and ensuring a smooth patient experience. The Entry Level Assistant will assist with various tasks related to patient care, administrative duties, and clinic operations. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols. Re-stock treatment rooms though out the day. Sterilize dental instruments after each use following sterilization protocols. Greet patients, take and record vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient information. Complete various tasks assigned by the team. Keep the clinic organized and clean. Assist doctors with dental procedures (on the job training) Assist other team members with their tasks. Experience While prior experience in a dental clinic is preferred, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the field. Familiarity with dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, aseptic techniques, and infection control practices will be advantageous but not required. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.
