We are seeking an individual who is well-presented and has excellent communication skills and a great track record for attendance, punctuality and reliability As a our front office face you will be responsible to follow up with all the patients Responsibilities You will guide the patients through their dental treatment journey appointments and steps. Assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering their scheduling questions and addressing their concerns in this regard. We use EagleSoft and other systems (Such as WEAVE and YAPI) to keep patient records and communicate with them Provide administrative support . Work with dental team to ensure great patient experience and follow-up. Monitor patient during their visit and address any concerns or questions they may have. Requirements 2 years minimum dental office experience required Familiarity with EagleSoft software is necessary Organizational skills with the ability to multi task. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
