Position Overview We are seeking an upbeat, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Front Office team. As one of the first points of contact for our patients, this role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming, seamless, and elevated patient experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, compassionate, and confident communicating with patients about their care. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Primary Responsibilities Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointments Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Gather patient health information and understand patient concerns Set clear expectations and help patients feel prepared for their visit Verify and update patient records and demographic information Maintain and optimize the hygiene schedule Conduct follow-up communication regarding treatment and continuing care Provide patients with educational resources and support related to treatment recommendations Help create an exceptional patient experience that encourages referrals and positive reviews Share observations and ideas to help improve office systems and patient experience Additional Responsibilities As part of a collaborative team environment, this role may also assist with: Insurance verification and benefit coordination Treatment planning support Patient financial arrangements General office organization and upkeep Marketing and community outreach efforts What Weâre Looking For Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Dental office experience preferred Familiarity with dental terminology preferred We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to grow within a practice that values both excellence and connection.
