Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a compassionate, self-sufficient and skilled front office team member. You'll help deliver outstanding care as well as contribute to the overall effeciency and smooth workflow of the entire office.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Dentrix
- Answering phone calls and correctly directing patients accordingly
- Scheduling Appointments
- Insurance Verification/ Faxbacks
- Keeping patients medical history up to date
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Collecting patient outstanding balances
- Presenting Treatment Plans
- Claim submissions, adding attachments, narrative, etc.
- Filling both doctor and hygiene schedules
- Appointment confirmations
- Transferring records
Please be advised, our office is busy and fast paced. GREAT multitasking skills are highly suggested.

M: 7-5
T: 7-7
W: 7-7
Th: 7-6
F: 7-3
*** Schedule will be in between office hours, every employee must work atleast one late shift, some Saturdays may apply
