Job Description

As a Registered Dental Hygienist with us, you will play an essential role in helping our patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health. You will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services while building strong relationships with patients through education, communication, and exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings
• Take digital dental radiographs
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to support patient treatment plans
• Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring comfort throughout appointments
• Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using dental software and digital technology
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Experience preferred, but we welcome motivated candidates who are passionate about patient care

Schedule

Current Schedule:

• Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM

Expected Hours: 32–36 hours per week
