Core Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough cleanings, scaling, and root planing.
Patient Education: Motivate and educate patients on proper oral
hygiene techniques and systemic health.
Diagnostics: Capture high-quality digital X-rays and perform oral
cancer screenings.
Collaboration: Work with the dentist to develop personalized
periodontal treatment plans.
Requirements
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an ADA-accredited
hygiene program.
Licensure: Active WA Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and a compassionate bedside manner.
