Compensation: $50- $55 per hour
Patient Mix: PPO / FFS
Practice Model: Traditional Hygiene - 60 min single column
Schedule: Wednesday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm & Saturday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

What You'll Do

• Provide expert dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance to our valued patients
• Perform thorough periodontal charting and assessments to ensure optimal oral health
• Capture diagnostic radiographs to support accurate diagnosis
• Educate patients with effective oral hygiene instruction tailored to their needs
• Identify treatment necessities and clearly communicate these to patients and providers
• Keep detailed and precise clinical documentation for continuity of care
• Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to provide comprehensive patient care
• Champion preventive dentistry to promote long-term oral health and wellness

Required

• Must hold an active Dental Hygiene License in Arizona
• Possess Local Anesthesia Certification
• Certified in Laser procedures
• Current CPR/BLS Certification is essential
• Excellent communication abilities with a passion for patient education
• Dedicated to delivering top-quality patient care
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with assisted hygiene models
• Familiarity with PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid settings
• Hands-on experience in periodontal therapy
• Skilled in patient education and encouraging treatment acceptance
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
