Full-Time Surgical Dental Assistant â Periodontics We are a busy periodontal practice located in the heart of downtown Menlo Park, seeking a personable and motivated Dental Surgical Assistant to join our dedicated surgical team as we are growing. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a rewarding opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Position Overview: As a Surgical Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our doctors during procedures and patient visits. While experience in periodontics or oral surgery is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn. Key Responsibilities: Assist periodontists during surgical procedures Scribe detailed notes during exams and post-operative visits Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Support front office operations as needed Utilize computer systems effectively with accurate and quick typing skills Qualifications preferred: RDA License or X-ray license (preferred, but willing to train right candidate) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical setting Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM â 4:00 PM Full-time only (40 hours/week) Benefits Include: 401(k) Comprehensive health insurance, plus free in-office dental cleanings Paid time off Paid holidays Competitive salary To Apply: Please respond with your resume.
