About us Nuckols Family Dentistry is a family dental clinic located in Glen Allen Duties: - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Take and develop dental x-rays - Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Perform basic laboratory tasks, such as pouring impressions and fabricating temporary crowns - Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records - Provide administrative support, including medical documentation and coding Experience: - At least 1+Yr of experience is required - Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus - Familiarity with medical coding and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software is beneficial - Ability to perform patient assessments and record medical histories accurately - Proficiency in managing and organizing medical records, including using electronic health record systems like Epic Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
