Oral Surgery Front Office Coordinator (Insurance & Scheduling Specialist) – North Scottsdale
Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Scottsdale, AZ

Pay: $20–$28+ per hour (commensurate with experience; higher end for proven OMFS/dental insurance expertise) Location: North Scottsdale, AZ
We are a busy, established oral surgery practice in North Scottsdale seeking a full-time Front Office team member with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Prior dental or oral surgery experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right motivated candidate who excels at multitasking and learning quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume multi-line phones with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule appointments accurately for a variety of oral surgery procedures
- Check patients in/out and collect payments
- Verify dental insurance benefits and create accurate treatment estimates
- Input patient information and images into our EMR system (DSN experience a plus; training provided)
- Support the clinical team with smooth patient flow and records management

Schedule (Full-Time, ~32–36 hours/week):
- Monday: 9 AM – 2 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM
- Friday: 8 AM – 2 PM Hours can vary slightly week to week based on practice needs.
