Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator Our friendly, family-owned solo-provider dental practice is seeking a motivated and personable team member with or without dental office experience and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who brings a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working in a supportive team environment. The right candidate will be dependable, organized, and committed to providing outstanding patient care. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude. Schedule: Preferred hours are: Monday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM These hours are preferred but may be negotiable for the right candidate. Responsibilities Include: Greeting patients and creating a welcoming office environment Checking patients in and out according to office protocols Answering and directing phone calls professionally Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits Communicating with specialty offices regarding patient care and referrals Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience Maintaining clear, friendly, and professional communication with patients and team members Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-player mindset with a commitment to patient care Experience with Eaglesoft dental software preferred If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a team environment, and want to be part of a practice that values exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you!
