Dental Receptionist - Achyut Joshi,dds - Moreno Valley, CA

A friendly family dental office seeks a professional receptionist to assist with scheduling, and workflow. A positive, people's person, this individual will be responsible for the professional representation of the office, in person and over the phone. Answering phones, collecting co-payments , checking insurance eligibility and keeping up with day to day task in a timely manner. Must have some prior customer service experience and be bilingual in Spanish. Some experience with dental office software is preferred. Must have knowledge about dental insurance. ( DENIT-CAL and PPO insurances) We're open a few Saturdays a month attendance on those days is required.
