You'll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience while helping our doctors provide exceptional care. From welcoming patients into the operatory to supporting procedures and educating patients throughout their appointments, you'll be a key part of helping patients feel confident in their care. What You'll Be Doing Co-Assisting Dr. Murphy during restorative and general dental procedures Responsible for 1 room and helping with Patient flow Taking digital radiographs and intraoral photographs Performing intraoral scans (iTero + 3Shape) and supporting digital workflows Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring patients are comfortable Maintaining sterilization and infection control standards Managing operatory setup and turnover Supporting accurate clinical charting and documentation Collaborating with front office and clinical team members to create a seamless patient experience Helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Have experience as a Dental Assistant, EFDA, or RDA/CDA Hold an active license and CPR certification (preferred) Enjoy working directly with patients Are organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Communicate well with both patients and team members Enjoy learning new technology and expanding your skills Bring a positive attitude and team-first mindset Experience with digital radiography, scanning technology, and modern dental workflows is a plus. Schedule Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM â 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM No evenings. No weekends ( if preferred) Compensation & Benefits $27-$33/hour based on experience, certifications, and qualifications.
