Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our new dental office in Colton. Daily activities include managing phone calls and making appointments, verifying insurances (PPOs and Medical), generating and presenting appropriate fees and coverages, presenting treatment plans to patients with some knowledge of dentistry (bridges vs implants, srps vs prophy, etc), processing payment plans and guiding patients through the process (Care Credit and Sunbit), sending claims and verifying accuracy, coordinating with the rest of the team to ensure patient care and satisfaction. Knowledge of basic dentistry HIGHLY recommended. This position is great for someone with some background in front desk operations at a dental office (preferably treatment coordinator, or receptionist) who is willing to grow with the team. The candidates pay will grow as the office grows. We are a new office with a great young team looking to expand quickly! Responsibilities Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations while providing excellent patient service. Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure timely follow-up on care plans. Manage dental billing and collections, including insurance verification and processing payments. Maintain accurate filing systems for medical records and documentation. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options, insurance coverage, and billing inquiries. Collaborate with providers to ensure high-quality patient care delivery. Experience Previous experience in a dental office setting with PPO and Medi-Cal is preferred. Bilingual candidates HIGHLY preferred Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required for effective patient interaction. Knowledge of dental terminology and experience in a dental clinic environment is a plus.
