Weâre looking for a motivated and adaptable Orthodontic Assistant who is also open to supporting select front desk and administrative duties. About the Role This is a unique opportunity to join a startup practice and grow with us! Youâll work closely with Dr. Ana to provide exceptional patient care while also helping with key administrative functions as needed. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to take on a variety of roles within the office. Responsibilities Clinical: Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments (bonding, adjustments, scanning, photos, etc.) Be the best part of a patient's day Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas Ensure that all appliances have been received Maintain OSHA standards and complete/log weekly/monthly maintenance of dental related equipment Ensure clinical notes, care calls, and communication with dentists is completed Take digital scans, photos, and CBCT xrays (training will be provided) and implement quality assurance on all records Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment care Ensure the parking lot, entrances, reception, bathrooms, all offices and clinic represent the quality of treatment we provide. Administrative: Be the best part of a patient's day Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming experience Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communication Consistent communication with the doctor regarding the daily patient flow.
