Dental Assistant â Pediatric-Focused, Cross-Trained Clinical & Administrative Role Compensation based on experience We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. What We're Looking For: Previous dental assisting experience, preferably with pediatric patients. A warm, patient, and engaging personality with excellent communication skills for working with children and their families. Cross-trained in both clinical and administrative responsibilities. Punctual, dependable, hardworking, and highly organized. A proactive team player who takes initiative and is committed to providing outstanding patient care. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Clinical Responsibilities: Chairside assisting during dental procedures. Taking digital radiographs (X-rays). Performing digital intraoral scans. Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining infection control standards. Ensuring patients have a comfortable and positive clinical experience. Administrative & Patient Care Responsibilities: Preparing and maintaining accurate clinical reports and documentation. Communicating effectively with patients and families before, during, and after treatment. Reviewing treatment plans and explaining next steps to patients and parents with clarity and compassion. Coordinating care and collaborating with referring doctors and other healthcare professionals. Assisting with scheduling, patient follow-up, and other front-office responsibilities as needed. Supporting seamless communication between the clinical and administrative teams.
