About the Role This is not just a front desk position. We are looking for someone who can help lead the flow of the office, protect the schedule, support patients, coordinate treatment, and help the practice grow with precision and care. Responsibilities Create a warm, professional, high-end patient experience Manage the doctor and hygiene schedules Help keep hygiene consistently full Present and follow up on treatment plans Explain insurance, fees, and financial expectations clearly Verify insurance accurately and update patient information properly Support recare, reviews, confirmations, and patient follow-ups Help lead the team and keep the office organized Identify problems early and bring solutions Ideal Candidate You are a great fit if you are: Experienced in a dental office Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent with patients Comfortable discussing treatment, insurance, and fees Calm under pressure Reliable, accountable, and proactive Professional, polished, and emotionally mature Interested in growing with a boutique private practice Experience with treatment coordination, experience in copay calculation, great interpersonal skills for patient and phone interactions, scheduling and filing schedule and Curve Dental Software is strongly preferred.
