Dental Treatment Coordinator - Madison Family Dentistry - Ruckersville, VA

Our growing private dental practice is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for our patients while supporting the continued growth of our practice. Responsibilities Present treatment plans in a clear, compassionate manner Help patients understand their treatment options and financial arrangements Follow up on unscheduled treatment Helping front desk with answering phones, checking in/out patients, collecting payments Coordinate larger treatment cases and scheduling Build trust and lasting relationships with patients Work closely with the doctor and team to support patient care and practice growth Qualifications: Previous dental office experience required At least 1 year of Treatment Coordinator experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Passion for helping patients improve their health and confidence Compensation & Benefits: Starting at $24/hour (negotiable, based on experience) After 90 Days: 1 Week PTO Paid Holidays 401(k) with Profit Sharing Health Stipend Medical Benefit of up to $1,500 per month per household (includes spouse and children) Schedule Monday–Friday 7:45 arrival 8am to 5/5:30pm, 1 hr lunch 3 days per week in our Ruckersville office 2 days per week in our Culpeper office Why You'll Love Working Here We believe that great patient experiences start with a great team culture.
