Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a wide variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA and infection control protocols Take high-quality digital radiographs Chart treatment and maintain accurate clinical records Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care Assist with impressions, scans, temporary crowns, and other clinical procedures Manage operatory flow to help maintain an efficient schedule Support teammates to create a positive and collaborative work environment Qualifications Dental Assisting experience preferred Maryland Dental Radiation Health and Safety Certification Current CPR Certification Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA guidelines Experience with digital X-rays and intraoral scanners is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Positive attitude with a strong team-first mentality Reliable, professional, and eager to learn What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Loves helping patients feel comfortable Thrives in a fast-paced environment Pays attention to the smallest details Takes initiative without being asked Enjoys learning new technology and techniques Brings positive energy to work every day Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Medical, Vision & Supplemental Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Continuing Education opportunities Career growth within our growing dental organization Supportive leadership team Modern technology and equipment Uniform allowance Schedule Full-Time Monday–Friday with occasional Tuesdays (as needed).
