We are seeking a reliable, warm, and highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant with at least 5 years of experience to join our tight-knit team. The Role & Responsibilities

Chairside Assisting: Confidently and seamlessly assist the dentist during restorative and general procedures.
Patient Care: Connect deeply with patients, putting them at ease and building trust.
Sterilization: Maintain excellent sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance.
X-Rays: Take high-quality dental radiographs accurately and safely.
Ordering supplies and tracking lab cases.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of clinical dental assisting experience in general dentistry.
License/Certification: Active State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
Certifications: Current X-Ray/Radiation Safety Certification required.
Skills: Solid foundational dental assisting skills; familiarity with dental management software is a plus but we will train.
Soft Skills: Warm bedside manner, reliability, honesty, and a true team-player attitude.
