What You'll Do As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you'll play one of the most important roles in our practice. You'll be responsible for ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, valued, and confident throughout their experience. Your responsibilities include: Welcoming every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality Creating exceptional first impressions in person and over the phone Building lasting relationships with patients and their families Presenting treatment recommendations clearly and confidently Helping patients understand treatment options and financial arrangements Navigating insurance questions with confidence and compassion Scheduling appointments strategically to support both patient care and practice efficiency Reducing cancellations through proactive communication and follow-up Managing incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence Resolving patient concerns with professionalism and sound judgment Coordinating closely with our clinical team to deliver a seamless patient experience Following up with patients throughout their treatment journey to ensure they feel informed, supported, and cared for Who We're Looking For We're far more interested in who you are than where you've worked.
