This role is based at a single, well-established Indianapolis practice using Eaglesoft. We’re looking for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering high-quality clinical support while creating a positive experience for every patient. What You’ll Do: Perform expanded functions procedures with precision and efficiency Assist doctors during a wide range of dental treatments Take high-quality radiographs and impressions Maintain strict infection control protocols and assist with sterilization Communicate confidently with patients to ensure a comfortable, informed experience Work within Eaglesoft to support clinical workflow and documentation What We’re Looking For: Current Indiana EFDA certification At least 1 year of chairside assisting experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and strong communication skills Dependable, proactive, and a true team player Why Join Us?
