Pay - Depends on experience starts at $23/Hr

About the Role

Radiant Smiles Phoenix is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join their wonderful team. This role supports daily clinical operation in a fast-paced general/cosmetic dental practice.

Responsibilites

• Assist dentist chairside during exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Prepare and sterilze instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and process digital dental xrays
• Take ITero Invisalign scans and PVS and alginate impressions and prepare materials for restorations
• Do assist with endodontic, implant, removable and fixed restorative treatment in general dentistry.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post op care
• Maintain accurate patient charts adn update records in practice management software (Eaglesoft). Only candidate fluent in eaglesoft should apply for postion.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed
• Support front desk with scheduling or patient - check in and patient - check out during peak times

Requirements

•  Current Dental Assistant certification (RDA) or state equivalent
• X-ray / radiography certification (required in AZ) and coronal polish certification 
• CPR/BLS certification
• 1+ year of clinical dental assisting experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental software (Eaglesoft)
• Strong chairside manner and communication skills
• Reliable, loyal, punctual and team oriented
