We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team full-time. Position: Dental Assistant Location: Jacksonville, FL Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Schedule: MondayâFriday (no weekends!) Responsibilities: Chairside assisting during general dental procedures (e.g., fillings, crowns, hygiene, extractions) Assist in full arch dental procedures, including surgical setups and post-operative care Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos as needed Maintain accurate patient records and assist with patient charting Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Ensure a clean and organized operatory and back office Support the dental team in providing a smooth, efficient, and positive patient experience Qualifications: Dental Assistant Certification (Florida-required) At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Experience or willingness to be trained in full arch (All-on-4) procedures Radiology Certification (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and reliable Passion for patient care and teamwork What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Full-time consistent hours (40 hrs/week) Opportunities for professional growth in advanced procedures Supportive, friendly, and experienced dental team Modern office with up-to-date technology Employee discounts on dental care Paid time off and holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $28.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
