Front Desk / Patient Coordinator & Practice Growth Leader Join Our Team! We are seeking a motivated, organized, and personable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator with a minimum of six months to one year of dental front office experience who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience while contributing to the growth and success of our practice. This is more than a traditional front desk positionâwe are looking for someone who can take ownership, support efficient office systems, build strong patient relationships, and help create a positive environment for both patients and the team. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out. Present treatment plans confidently and professionally while helping patients understand their recommended care and financial options. Support and improve office systems and workflows to increase efficiency, patient satisfaction, and practice growth. Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized, productive patient schedule. Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment, appointments, and outstanding care. Communicate effectively with the doctor and team to achieve practice goals. Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to help attract new patients and strengthen relationships within the community. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with daily administrative responsibilities. Help create a welcoming and organized patient experience throughout the entire office. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience required. Experience with dental scheduling, patient coordination, treatment presentation, and insurance processes preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently discuss treatment plans and financial options with patients. Excellent customer service skills and professional phone etiquette. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and leadership potential. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment. Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude. Comfortable participating in marketing and community outreach efforts to support practice growth.
