What You'll Do Working directly alongside our doctors, your day includes: Chairside assisting across a full range of clinical procedures Preparing operatories, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining clinical flow Taking and processing radiographs within your certification scope Charting, patient records, and treatment documentation Helping every patient feel welcomed, informed, and well cared for What We're Looking For Dental assisting training or relevant chairside experience Indiana Radiology Certification (or willingness to obtain promptly) CPR certification Dependable, adaptable, and at home in a fast-paced environment A true team player with strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate and committed to outstanding patient experiences Why Hillcrest A supportive team that genuinely backs each other Doctors invested in your professional growth, including continuing education Modern dental technology and a commitment to clinical excellence A schedule built for real life: Monday through Thursday, 7am to 5pm.
