Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant / Sterilization Tech to join our team. Your primary focus in this role will be sterilization and back-office organization , ensuring our clinical operations run seamlessly while providing key chairside and patient care support. Key Responsibilities SterilizationInfection Control (Primary Focus): Maintain the highest standards of safety by cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments and treatment areas in strict compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines. Patient CarePreparation: Warmly greet and seat patients, review medical histories, and ensure a comfortable, welcoming experience prior to treatment. Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments, mixing materials, managing suction, and keeping treatments efficient. Radiographs: Take and process quality dental X-rays as directed. ChartingDocumentation: Accurately log treatment details, clinical procedures, and patient notes into our dental software. InventorySupply Management: Monitor, restock, and organize treatment rooms and clinical inventory to maintain optimal workflow.
