What Makes Pruden Different A supportive environment where teamwork, communication, and professionalism matter Opportunities to expand your skills and grow your clinical capabilities A modern office with updated technology and systems A patient-first approach focused on comfort, quality, and care A team culture built around compassion, fun, teamwork, family, quality, and integrity Leadership and operations support that helps you succeed in your role What Youâll Do Your responsibilities will support the doctor chairside and help maintain an efficient, organized clinical day, including: Assisting the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Providing excellent patient care and building trust and comfort Properly sterilizing dental instruments and maintaining sterilization logs Cleaning and disinfecting operatories between patients Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms with proper instruments and materials Taking x-rays and impressions (as allowed by certification) Managing patient charts and updating records accurately (Dentrix or similar software) Supporting the team in maintaining an efficient, on-time schedule flow What Weâre Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred Current X-ray certification Strong understanding of sterilization and infection control Excellent communication and patient-care skills Dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a changing environment A positive team player who is willing to help where needed Experience with digital X-rays, digital scanning, and Dentrix is a plus Most importantly, someone who wants to learn, contribute, and grow with the practice Schedule Full-time, Monday through Thursday Schedule and hours may adjust based on practice needs.
