Primary starting duties for the Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) include: chairside assisting (limited expanded duties) with active patient care follow-up; tear down/set up of rooms; instrument sterilization; equipment maintenance and supply ordering/SDS maintenance. As the practice grows, there will be opportunities to advance into greater responsibility in either clinical (specialty) or administrative areas. Demonstrated communication skills, organizational ability, accuracy/attention to detail, computer literacy and reliability are required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years' experience with a commitment to growing with the practice.
