Insurance Billing Coordinator – Dental Office We are seeking an experienced Dental Insurance Billing Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. This position is primarily responsible for insurance billing, claims management, and patient account coordination, with front desk reception duties as a secondary responsibility. Hours are Mon, Tues, Thur. 8:45am- 4.45pm, Wed, Frid 8:45am-1:45pm Requirements Strong Dentrix experience required Previous dental insurance billing and front desk experience Must be on time Knowledge of dental terminology and CDT/CPT coding Experience with insurance verification, claims submission, and collections Strong computer skills including Dentrix and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle HIPAA-sensitive patient information Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced office Bilingual is a plusResponsibilitie Manage dental insurance claims, billing, and payment posting Verify patient insurance benefits and coverage Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and balances Collect co-pays and patient payments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix Answer phones and greet patients professionally Support front desk operations to ensure a smooth patient experience Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Application Question(s): Please explain how proficient you are with the DENTRIX practice management Please explain in a sentence or two why you would be a good fit for this role!
