Dental Assistant – Join the Whiting Dental Team Full-Time | $20–$25/hour | Mesa, AZ Whiting Dental is looking for a positive, dependable, team-oriented Dental Assistant to join our practice. We are a well-established, patient-focused dental office with a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We take pride in providing excellent dentistry in an environment where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and known. Dental experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person! For us, attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and being a great teammate are just as important as experience. What You'll Do Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and help keep the clinical day running smoothly Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control standards Take dental X-rays once appropriately trained and certified Accurately document patient information and treatment Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment Work together with our assistants, hygienists, front office team, and doctor to provide an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients Dependable and ready to be an active part of the team Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented and willing to learn Positive and able to communicate well Comfortable jumping in and helping wherever needed Interested in growing their dental skills and becoming an important part of a long-term team Previous dental experience is appreciated, but we are happy to train a motivated person who is the right fit for our practice.
