Dental practice opportunity: Dental Hygienist in Surprise, AZ

Privately owned, growing dental practice in Surprise, Arizona, is seeking motivated Registered Dental Hygienists for multiple full-time positions.

We offer flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and combination AM/PM shifts available. Our goal is to create consistent schedules that provide a better work-life balance without requiring traditional 12-hour shifts.

Compensation and Earning Potential:

• $50 per hour for single-column hygiene 
• $60 per hour when working double-column assisted hygiene
• Additional $20 for each qualifying laser patient when performed by a laser-certified hygienist
• Excellent opportunity to increase your hourly earnings through assisted hygiene and laser treatment

Our double-column model is completely assisted. Hygiene assistants support the hygienist with X-rays, room setup and turnover, sterilization, and patient flow so the hygienist can remain focused on providing excellent clinical care.

Available Schedules:

• Morning shifts: 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
• Afternoon shifts: 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
• A combination of morning and afternoon shifts may be available
• Friday hours may include an adjusted or full-day schedule
• Saturday rotation: 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., typically one to two Saturdays per month
• Flexibility to take another weekday off when scheduled on a Saturday

The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, outgoing, and committed to excellent patient care. Candidates should be comfortable educating patients about periodontal health and recommended treatment. Experience with assisted or double-column hygiene is preferred but not required. Laser certification is highly valued.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona dental hygiene license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Local anesthesia certification, as applicable
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and quality clinical care
