NOW HIRING: FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST – DENTAL OFFICE Citracado Dental Group is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We are looking for someone who loves working with people, has excellent communication skills, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of creating a great patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. What You’ll Do: Dental experience is Must! 3-5 Yr Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Verify insurance and assist with patient information Collect payments and explain office financial policies Coordinate with the dental team to keep the schedule running smoothly Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Provide exceptional customer service and help create a positive patient experience We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has dental front office experience preferred Has experience with Open Dental preferred Is friendly, confident, professional, and dependable Has excellent communication and customer service skills Is organized and able to multitask Can handle a busy schedule while remaining calm and positive Is comfortable discussing payments and financial arrangements with patients Is a team player who takes initiative and follows office systems and protocols What We Offer: Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to grow within the practice Training and development Fast-paced and rewarding work environment Competitive pay based on experience Location: Citracado Dental Group Position: Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist Pay: Competitive – based on experience If you are passionate about patient care, enjoy working with a great team, and are ready to grow with a busy dental practice, we would love to meet you!
