Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — $54–$60/hr | Part-Time or Full-Time Tired of 30-minute prophys and feeling rushed from patient to patient? Advanced Dental Arts is a privately owned dental practice in Somerset, NJ looking for a friendly, dependable, and clinically strong Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are open to part-time or full-time candidates and offer $54–$60/hour based on experience and qualifications. We believe hygiene should not feel like an assembly line. Our hygienists work a single-column schedule with generous appointment times, giving you the time to provide thorough care, educate patients, evaluate periodontal health, complete documentation, and build meaningful patient relationships. We’re looking for someone who is personable, reliable, team-oriented, and confident with periodontal charting, scaling and root planing, digital radiographs, patient education, and recognizing appropriate periodontal treatment.
