We can teach you dentistry. We can’t teach you to care about people. Who We Are SmileStyle Dental Studio is a modern, patient-focused dental practice in San Diego. We believe going to the dentist should feel different from the way patients are greeted to the way they are cared for throughout their entire experience. We’re looking for someone with a great personality, positive energy, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and grow with us. The Role You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of our front office and becoming one of the faces of SmileStyle . We do not expect you to know dentistry when you walk through the door. We will train the right person in our systems and the SmileStyle way of taking care of patients. You’ll learn how to: Welcome patients and make them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive Answer phones with warmth and professionalism Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Respond to patient calls, texts, and questions Learn basic dental terminology and our office systems Communicate clearly with patients and our clinical team Help create an exceptional experience from beginning to end As you master the basics, there will be opportunities to learn more about scheduling, insurance, financial coordination, treatment coordination, and other areas of the practice. Who We’re Looking For Dental experience is NOT required but preferred I’d especially love to meet you if you have experience in: High end hotels or hospitality Restaurants Concierge or guest services Luxury retail Spa or wellness Other high level customer service environments More importantly, you are: Warm, friendly, and naturally good with people Professional and polished Curious and eager to learn Reliable and organized Comfortable learning new technology Coachable and receptive to feedback Someone who follows through A team player who notices when someone needs help Looking for a place where you can grow, not just your next job What Success Looks Like Here You don’t need to know everything on Day 1.
