Scheduling appointments and answering phones. Verifying insurance and collecting payments. Coordinating treatment and helping patients understand their care. Creating an outstanding patient experience from the first phone call to the final goodbye. Registered Dental Assistant / Dental Assistant Youâll play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care by: Assisting the doctor during procedures. Taking digital X-rays (X-ray license required). Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterilization protocols. Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
