We are looking for someone who has strong orthodontic experience and knows how to lead, coach, and develop a team. This leader should be able to create accountability while building a positive culture and can thrive during change without fear of rolling up their sleeves to deliver exceptional patient experiences. 

Responsibilities

• Manage resources efficiently to optimize practice operations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high productivity levels
• Lead, coach, and develop of team of clinical and admin team members
• Partner and collaborate with Senior Lead Doctor to own the office financials and exceed target KPI metrics
