Job Overview
Clove Dental Care is seeking a warm, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! This position starts at 1-2 days per week on Friday and Saturdays ( 2 saturdays per month ). Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Dental Hygienist and play a vital role in promoting optimal oral health and patient well-being. Responsibilities

• Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately, following safety protocols
• Conduct oral health assessments and document findings thoroughly in patient records
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, diet, and preventive care strategies
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures with precision and professionalism
• Provide postoperative instructions and answer patient questions to ensure comfort and understanding
• Maintain strict infection control standards by sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment areas efficiently

Skills

• Valid license or certification as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with state or regional regulations
• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices, procedures, and current industry standards
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage patients of all ages
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing patient records and appointments
• Proficiency in using dental software systems for documentation and scheduling (preferred but not required)

Job Types:  Part-time

Pay: $ 70-80/hour

Expected Days - Fridays - 9am-6 pm

                         Saturdays- 8am-2pm ( twice a month )

Experience:

• Dental hygiene : 1 year preferred 

License/Certification:

• RDH (Required)
