Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Concord, CA
At a private dental and orthodontic practice in Concord, CA, our hygienist is not here to simply clean teeth and move on. You are a trusted clinician, a patient educator, and a key part of helping patients protect their long-term oral health — in an office that also provides in-house orthodontic / clear aligner care.
We believe hygiene should be clinically excellent, relationship-based, and integrated with the rest of the practice. Patients should leave your chair feeling cared for, educated, and motivated — not rushed through a system.

This is a part-time role (1–2 days per week) for someone who wants high-quality days without a full-time grind.
Schedule: Part-time, 1–2 days per week; available Monday–Thursday only (not Friday).
Pay: $60–$70 per hour, depending on experience.
Spanish fluent required.
In this role, you will:
• Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and home care
• Identify concerns and communicate findings clearly to doctor and patient
• Support comprehensive diagnosis with strong clinical observations and documentation
• Build long-term patient relationships that increase trust and retention
• Contribute to an elevated, efficient, patient-centered hygiene experience
