We are looking for a personable, organized, and proactive Dental Assistant to join our work family. What You’ll Do: Provide excellent chairside assistance to our doctors during a variety of dental procedures. Take high-quality digital X-rays and imaging. Manage sterilization of instruments and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols. Efficiently clean, turn over, and prepare operatories for the next patient. Help maintain a smooth, on-time daily clinical workflow. Ensure our patients feel welcomed, cared for, and at ease during their visits. What We’re Looking For (Requirements): Active X-Ray License is required. A True Team Player: You are willing to jump in and help your colleagues whenever needed. Personable & Friendly: You have a warm chairside manner and excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points (Preferred but not required!): Experience with CEREC (same-day crowns). Knowledge of how to utilize CBCT imaging. Familiarity with Open Dental software.
