We are looking for a dental receptionist/dental assistant to join our dynamic team! The position is for one day a week on Wednesdays. Please forward your resume to tina@njkidssmile.com. Please see some on the responsibilities: Greet patients and provide a warm, welcoming experience. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk. Verify insurance and assist with patient billing and paperwork. Determine estimated insurance copayments Explaining the dental insurance fees and treatment plan to parents Maintain patient records and manage appointment reminders. Help ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly. Helping the team in the back as needed. Assist the dentist and dental team with chairside duties as needed. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments. Proficient in Dentrix Proficient in Word Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work both at the front desk and in the clinical area. Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
