Job description: ChildSmiles OC is an established, fast-growing pediatric dental and orthodontic practice in Fullerton. We're hiring one exceptional bilingual front office / treatment coordinator to own the patient experience from the first phone call through the completed treatment plan. What you'll actually do Answer every call live, warmly and fast — you set the tone for the whole visit Convert new patient calls into booked, confirmed, and kept appointments Present treatment plans to parents in plain English and set up financial arrangements Verify insurance, run breakdowns, and explain benefits clearly (PPO and Denti-Cal) Schedule to fill the day productively — not just fill slots Follow up on unscheduled treatment and recall Keep records, ledgers, and daily reconciliation clean and current What we're looking for Fluent Spanish and English — required, you'll use both every day 1+ year dental front office experience (pediatric or ortho a plus) Comfortable talking about money without flinching Genuinely good with kids and with anxious parents Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus — we'll train you if not CPR certified, or willing to certify within 30 days Reliable, on time, and takes ownership without being chased Experience as an orthodontic treatment coordinator is a strong plus( Bonus will be paid seperately) What we offer $24–$30/hr depending on experience Monthly bonus tied to new patient conversion and treatment acceptance Paid holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and more) Paid time off Paid continuing education and training Modern, State of the art ,well-run office with a team that actually likes each other Schedule Full-time, in person, Fullerton CA 92831.
