💎 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Excellence & Chairside Assisting

• Provide outstanding chairside assistance during general, cosmetic, restorative, and specialty dental procedures.

• Anticipate the dentist's clinical needs and maintain efficient procedural flow.

• Prepare treatment rooms meticulously before each appointment.

• Assist with crowns, bridges, porcelain veneers, Invisalign, implants, and restorative procedures.

• Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs within the scope of applicable certifications.

• Assist with digital impressions and intraoral scanning.

• Maintain instruments, equipment, and clinical supplies in exceptional condition.

• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, sterilization, and infection control protocols.

Exceptional Patient Experience

• Deliver a warm, welcoming, and personalized patient experience.

• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visits.

• Communicate professionally and compassionately.

• Provide preoperative and postoperative instructions as directed.

• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and exceptional customer service at all times.

Organization, Accountability & Teamwork

• Maintain impeccably organized treatment rooms and clinical workspaces.

• Prepare laboratory cases, instruments, and materials in advance.

• Assist with laboratory case tracking and coordination.

• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs proactively.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation as directed.

• Complete assigned responsibilities efficiently and independently.

• Support the team in maintaining a productive, organized daily schedule.

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

• Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.

• Experience in cosmetic, restorative, or specialty dentistry is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with digital radiographs, intraoral scanners, and dental software is a plus.

• Eaglesoft experience is beneficial.

• Strong understanding of infection control and clinical safety standards.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Current licenses and certifications appropriate to the duties performed.
