We have a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to become part of our dental family! We're seeking a Dental Assistant with a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, a creative mindset, and a desire to provide exceptional care to our patients.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in all aspects of dental assisting within a general family practice — including supporting doctors with advanced cosmetic and restorative procedures such as:

· Smile makeover dentistry, including porcelain veneers and crowns

· CEREC same-day dentistry

· Implant placement and restoration

· Clear aligner therapy, including Invisalign and SureSmile

· Full mouth rehabilitation cases

Additional responsibilities include:

· Supporting clinical flow and patient care

· Maintaining operatory cleanliness and organization

· Assisting with supply management and inventory

· Contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture

· Providing an exceptional patient experience from start to finish

Qualifications:

· X-ray certification for the State of Arizona

· 3+ years of dental assisting experience preferred

· Experience with Dentrix practice management system preferred

· Experience with CEREC strongly preferred

· Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

· Ability to work full-time: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays occasionally as needed)

· Competitive compensation depending on experience: $24–$27 per hour
