What You'll Be Doing Assist doctors with a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and implant dentistry. Create an outstanding patient experience by making every patient feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for efficient patient care. Capture high-quality digital X-rays, scans, and clinical photographs. Maintain exceptional sterilization, infection control, and clinical safety standards. Educate patients on treatment, post-operative care, and oral health. Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to keep the day running smoothly. Take initiative, anticipate the doctor's needs, and help create an efficient and positive clinical environment. Our ideal candidate is: A Texas Registered Dental Assistant with current required certifications. Experienced in chairside assisting and comfortable with a variety of procedures. Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with patients. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. A team player who jumps in wherever needed. Eager to learn new technology, techniques, and procedures. Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
